Program NameThe official name of the learning program learners are enrolled in (e.g., New Leader Program).
Cohort NumberA group of learners starting and progressing through the program together, with specific start and end dates.
PR Code / Program CodeA unique identifier for each program (e.g., PR0000), used for tracking and management.
Brightspace / Learning Portal / Program PortalThe platform used to deliver and manage learning content, live sessions, assignments, and discussions.
Syllabus TabThe main section in the learning portal where all course content is organized, including modules, recordings, and assignments.
ModulesStructured content sections within the syllabus tab, broken into sub-modules with timelines and materials.
Study GroupsA group of learners within the same program, organized to collaborate on activities that enhance peer engagement, critical thinking, and diverse perspectives.
Live SessionsScheduled online sessions (e.g., via Webex), with recordings available in the corresponding sub-module.
SimulationAn interactive learning tool that allows participants to apply business concepts to realistic challenges via a computer-based experience. Simulations incorporate game elements to enhance engagement and can be completed individually or in teams, asynchronously or live. Each session concludes with a virtual debrief to reinforce key learnings.
