All of the program materials can be found on the Syllabus page, arranged by module topic and session or assignment week. You can also access specific modules by clicking on the module tile on the homepage.

You will have access to the learning portal, including all program materials, for three full months after the end of the program.

Live Session Information

How is Live Session Attendance tracked?

Live session attendance is tracked through Webex. You will not be able to see your official attendance tracked through this learning portal. As you attend each session, or view the recording, please Mark as Complete the associated page on the syllabus. This will allow you to keep track of your attendance for your own records. If you do not mark these pages as complete your overall completion of the portal will be affected. If you have any questions about whether you've missed a session or viewed a recording, please reach out to your company's program administrator.

How do I access past event recordings?

Event recordings can be accessed from the syllabus page of the portal under the session in which the live event occurred. If a recording is available, it will be posted by the next business day after the event.

Can I join a Webex event on a mobile device?

Yes. If you download the free Webex Meetings app (this link opens in a new window/tab) for your mobile phone, you can join the webinar from your mobile device. However, some interactive features may not be available. Also, if you have the dial-in number and event number, you may join the audio portion of a webinar from your mobile device or tablet.

How do I call into a Webex session from outside the United States?

Webex provides call-in numbers from a range of countries. You can access their list of global call-in numbers here (this link opens in a new window/tab) or from the link on your Webex event invitation.

Are chats included on the Webex recordings?

Only chats that are sent to "All Participants" are included on the Webex recording. To view recorded chats, open the recording and click on the chat icon above the participant bar (on the top right of the screen). The chats will appear at the time when they were posted during the webinar.

How do I access past event recordings?

Event recordings can be accessed from the syllabus page of the portal under the session in which the live event occurred. If a recording is available, it will be posted by the next business day after the event.

Program Completion

How is my completion progress tracked?

There are progress indicators on the syllabus and home page to help you track your progress through the program.

On the Homepage:

  • Each module tile has a blue progress bar indicating the percentage of required items you have completed

On the Syllabus:

  • As you complete each required item you will receive a checkmark next to the item.
  • Items not required for completion will have a tag underneath them listing them as OPTIONAL.

REMINDER: Official Live Session Attendance is officially tracked through Webex and cannot be viewed on this platform. As you attend each Live Session or view a recording please click Mark as Complete to track them for your own records. Not clicking Mark as Complete will affect your overall completion of the content on the portal. If you have questions on if you've missed a session or not please reach out to your program administrator.

Your organization's program administrator will have access to reports tracking learner progress through out the program. This information may be used to help determine successful program completion as defined by your organization.

Do items automatically get checked off on the syllabus?

Yes, a checkmark will appear when you view or complete a required content item. If you do not see the checkmark immediately after completing an item, you may need to navigate back to the homepage and refresh the learning portal so that the checkmark appears.

Additional Question

Can I view the portal and complete content from my smart phone?

Yes, the program portal is mobile-responsive, which means that the site will automatically conform to your mobile device or tablet. You should be able to view content, post discussions, and submit assignments from your mobile device or table.
