HAR Files

What is a HAR File?

A HTTP Archive, or HAR file for short, is a digital diary of everything your web browser does when it loads a webpage. It keeps track of things like how long each part of the page takes to load, what data gets sent and received, and most importantly, any errors that might pop up.

Think of it as a helpful snapshot that shows what’s happening behind the scenes. It's especially useful when a webpage is not operating as expected. If you’re having trouble with a site, sharing a HAR file with the support team can help them quickly figure out what’s going wrong.

How to Generate a HAR File
