The Reporting page within the HMM Reporting Dashboard (powered by Domo) provides access to detailed, exportable reports that help you understand both overall usage trends and individual learner engagement.
Using Filters on the Reporting Page
Filtering on the Reporting page works slightly differently from other areas of the dashboard. Here's how to get started:
- Date Filter: Located at the very top of the page, this allows you to define the timeframe for your report.
- Extended Profile Field (EPF) Filters: Optional filters that let you narrow the data based on your organization’s custom profile fields (e.g., department, location).
Note: EPF filters apply only to the summary-level reports displayed on the page. Learner-level exports will not reflect these filters unless you apply them manually after download.
Summary-Level Reports
All the data cards shown directly on the Reporting page display summary-level insights, such as total completions, course activity, or engagement trends. These are useful for identifying high-level patterns across your organization.
Exporting Learner-Level Reports
To explore individual learner activity in more detail:
- Locate the relevant "User Export" data card (e.g., License Activity, Course Progress, Lesson Completions, or Learning Impact).
2. The export will download a CSV file that may take a few minutes to generate, especially for large data sets (up to 100,000 rows).
Each learner-level export includes:
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Extended Profile Fields (EPFs), if available
You can further filter the exported data in Excel or any spreadsheet tool to analyze specific groups or attributes.
