June 2022

We’re excited to share several enhancements to Harvard ManageMentor’s design in order to make learning easier throughout the product.

A brand new look and feel: Harvard ManageMentor now features a visual design that incorporates a brighter color palette, updated fonts and layouts, and the intentional use of illustrations.

Enhancements to site navigation and wayfinding:

  • The Home page has been simplified to provide better insight into your key usage statistics, makes it easier to pick up where you left off from a previous session, and features your completions and achievements much more prominently.
  • A brand new Courses page that organizes all 42 courses into a single, consistent, easy-to-find location. From this page, you can see what courses are trending at you organization, filter courses according to criteria set by your organization, and inspect your progress towards completion through at-a-glance progress indicators.
  • Each Lesson includes a vertical navigation menu that supports your learning by making it easier to navigate within a Lesson, or navigating from a Lesson to another module in the Course.

Significant updates to lesson layouts: Previously, 147 lessons in HMM utilized the original “Learn, Practice, Reflect” format, where Practice and Reflect activities occurred on their own tabs on the Lesson page. We’ve integrated those Learn, Practice, and Reflect activities into a more interactive, compelling learning experience.
