Organizations use a wide range of learning management systems and learning experience platforms, each configured to meet their unique business and technical requirements. Because of this variability, most integrations with Harvard Business Impact Enterprise products are implemented as custom integrations rather than standardized, platform-specific guides.
The table below provides a high-level overview of commonly used platforms, the Harvard Business Impact products supported on each, and important considerations to be aware of when planning an integration.
| Platform | Current Support and Considerations |
|---|---|
| Cornerstone | We support custom integrations for Harvard ManageMentor using an EDGE data feed. Cornerstone does not support xAPI. For HBR Spark or HBP Collection, we recommend configuring assets as the “Materials” course type so they mark complete upon launch. |
| Saba | While a Saba Marketplace integration exists for Harvard ManageMentor, this option is no longer recommended. This integration is no longer actively used, and Saba charges an additional fee to clients. The current recommended approach for Saba is using xAPI completion statements. |
| Workday Connector | HBR Spark connector is live. Harvard ManageMentor is expected to go live in the Workday connector in Spring 2026. |
| Oracle Connector | Harvard ManageMentor and HBP Collection are supported on the Oracle Connector, but a full end-to-end integration has not yet been completed. As a result, no official integration documentation is available at this time. Support for HBR Spark is anticipated in Fall 2026. |
| Docebo | At this time, xAPI support with Docebo has proven difficult to implement consistently. Docebo tends to favor API-based integrations and is generally hesitant to support data feed–based approaches. As a result, integration options with Docebo may be more limited and require careful evaluation based on a client’s reporting and technical requirements. |
| SuccessFactors | We support SuccessFactors Open Content Network (OCN) integrations for Harvard ManageMentor. This supports course import and near real-time completion tracking. For HBP Collection or HBR Spark, we support custom metadata feeds. SuccessFactors does not support xAPI, so we recommend configuring assets to complete upon launch. |
| Degreed LXP | We support metadata feeds for importing assets and xAPI for real-time completion tracking on Degreed for Harvard ManageMentor and HBR Spark. xAPI is not supported for HBP Collection. |
